It all started in 1979 when Gerry Camamile, Lewis Wright and Richard Vigar laid the foundation of our company. With just 16 employees, our first office in the Bailgate Lincoln was more than just a workspace; it was the beginning of our success.

As our team grew, so did our ambitions. In 1992, we found a larger home on Newland. This was a pivotal moment that set the stage for our journey ahead.

The early 2000s marked a significant expansion for us. With an eye for growth and opportunities, we opened new offices in Sleaford and Gainsborough, embracing the chance to serve more communities and clients.

The years that followed were marked by milestones and expansions. From London to Retford, and Newark to Mansfield, our footprint expanded, fueled by the trust of our clients and the dedication of our team.

In 2013, we bid farewell to Richard Vigar, a founder whose vision guided us through the years. His legacy continues to inspire us as we embrace new challenges and opportunities.

In 2019, we celebrated 40 years of service, a testament to our commitment to excellence. Joining the Lincoln Social Responsibility Charter, we reaffirmed our dedication to the community that has supported us throughout our journey.

In 2021, our merger with Hobsons opened new doors and strengthened our presence in Nottingham and Newark. It’s a testament to our commitment to growth and our unwavering dedication to serving our clients better.
