Wright Vigar Joins the Lincoln 10k Corporate Challenge to Support Andy's Hospice

We are thrilled to announce that Wright Vigar participated in this year's Lincoln 10k Corporate Challenge, fielding an enthusiastic team of 17 runners. Our participation was not just about competing but also about making a difference, raising funds for one of our charity of the year, Andy's Hospice.

We’re proud to share that our team finished in an impressive 2nd place with an average time of 43:03! The competition was strong, with University of Lincoln taking first and Streets Chartered Accountants coming in third. Among individual awards, we are especially proud of our own Sam Warrener, who was recognised as the fastest female in the challenge with an impressive time of 48:09.

This event was not just about clocking times, it was an opportunity for our team to come together outside of work. At Wright Vigar we emphasise the importance of wellbeing, and our running club plays a crucial role in bringing our team together. Whether we are getting fit or supporting a good cause, there is nothing quite like a shared goal.

The funds raised will support Andy's Hospice, which provides essential care and support to individuals and families during challenging times. We extend our thanks to everyone who supported us, cheered us on, and donated towards this worthy cause. Together, we can make a lasting impact in our community.
