Toni’s career in accountancy began when she stumbled upon an apprenticeship as an alternative to university. Despite finding maths tricky, she decided to challenge herself and make a career in accountancy. This determination has driven her success in the field.

As a manager in James’s Lincoln accounts team, Toni looks after a portfolio of clients, handling statutory accounts preparation, VAT, CIS, personal tax, and advisory work. She is also a member of the cloud team, mentoring both clients and staff in their cloud software training needs.

Toni brings a wealth of experience and skills to her position. She is ACCA qualified and has been in the accountancy profession for about 20 years, dealing with a wide range of services in a practice role.

Her approach to client relationships is proactive and supportive. Toni makes time to check in with clients throughout the year, gets to know them personally, and responds flexibly and promptly to their needs. This approach helps clients feel valued and well-supported.
