Josh’s journey into accountancy was a natural progression from his love for problem-solving and working with figures during his school days. With a background that includes three years at a Big 4 firm, Josh brings a wealth of audit experience to his role. Josh manages a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from sole traders to large corporates, with particular expertise in the Property & Construction and Charity sectors.
With an FCCA qualification and a BA Honours degree in Business and Management, Josh offers clients not just technical expertise but also valuable insights into business operations and management. His project management skills and clear communication style ensure that clients receive comprehensive, understandable advice tailored to their needs.
Josh's approach to client relationships is personalised and goal-oriented. He takes the time to understand each client's aspirations, providing actionable suggestions and solutions to help them realise their objectives.
One of Josh's career highlights was successfully managing a £1bn turnover audit client, delivering the group report on time for the first time in several years. This achievement underscores his ability to handle complex projects efficiently and effectively.
Interests
Outside of work, Josh maintains an active lifestyle. He's an avid football fan, supporting Lincoln City, and enjoys gym classes and running. Family time is precious to Josh, who loves taking trips in his caravan with his wife, daughter, and black Labrador.
