Qualifications
Bio
With a background in both practice and industry, John joined Wright Vigar in 1999 in an Accounts and Audit role. He completed his ACCA exams in 2004. Over the years, his role has developed from being predominately accounts and audit based to being responsible for the HR and Training functions for the firm. To accompany this he gained the Assoc CIPD qualification in 2008.
John feels that supporting the whole Wright Vigar team is essential to ensure that they offer excellent client service. Training and development of team members is now more important than ever in the current employment climate.
Interests
In recent years, John has been an evening AAT tutor at Lincoln College and served on the Yorkshire & Lincolnshire Regional Advisory Council for the BBC Trust. As a long standing season ticket holder at Blundell Park, John is once again watching Grimsby Town in the Football League after a few years in the wilderness of non-league!
