Jack has been a Partner / Director at Wright Vigar since 1996 and is a familiar face on the train to Kings Cross as he splits his time between our Lincoln and London office. Jack has over 30 years’ experience working with owner managed-businesses helping them to manage the business aspects of whatever it is that their company does; tax planning, profit extraction, sales, mergers and acquisitions, strategy, business structure and remuneration planning.

Jack heads up our Mergers, Sales and Acquisitions team and works with clients across a broad range of sectors. He has a particular specialism in the creative industries sector, recognised as an industry expert by the dba – click here to read more. He also has valuable experience valuing companies and shareholdings and preparing valuation reports for the Court in Family Law proceedings.

Jack is an owner manager himself, so has first-hand experience of the issues faced by virtually every business.
